I remember getting my first camera and falling in love. To be honest, at the time I was using it to make Littlest Pet Shop stop motions for my YouTube channel (iykyk). From there, I eventually upgraded to a Canon DSLR and I still have all the photos from my first ever "photoshoots" that I begged everyone to do for me.
However, it never crossed my mind that photography could be a career. Instead, I had my eyes set on being a screenwriter or moving to Paris to study fashion (or being a CSI agent - depending on which day you asked).
A few years later, I unintentionally joined the school yearbook. I still remember getting my freshman year schedule and being so mad! I dragged my mom to the high school and begged them to put be in TV production instead. Little did I know, this rejection was meant to be.
Over the next few years, I fell in love with yearbook and became an Editor (& worked my way up to become the youngest Editor-in-Chief). I spent all my free time in the Adobe Suite- designing, photographing, and editing anything student related. I even participated in multiple photojournalism competitions (in my junior year I placed 4th in the entire state of PA!).
Fast-forward to 2024, I am now a full-time photographer with a passion to teach others how they can do the same.
Are you someone who has never been in front of a camera? No biggie. I will be there every step of the way making sure you are well taken care of!
Or are you someone who wants to go backpacking with your partner and bring me along? When and where?! I am literally a professional third wheel.
When working with me, your special day or portrait session will feel like a day spent with your bestie, who just so happens to be getting all your best angles.
